Diego spent his days balancing on a wall, crying for help and chained on a roof with a deeply infected neck wound while living in filth and infestation. Despite his agony, Diego trusted those that rescued him with a ladder. He is now receiving care for anemia, a tick-borne illness and necrotic issues, and will be neutered soon.
